Who am I?
Hello Internet. I am Paul F. Ferguson. This is my blog. I include the F. because I want to distinguish myself slightly from all the other Paul Fergusons on the internet, of which there are many. It also deservedly puts me in the company of other such presidential fellows such as Chester A. Arthur and John Q. Adams.
I currently live in Glasgow, Scotland. It's okay. I wouldn't mind living somewhere else though.
I use this blog to post things of various interest including thoughts, interests, music reviews, game reviews, photos, whatever I feel like. Sometimes I talk about my life, but it's not that interesting, so mostly other stuff.
I am going to redesign it in 2011, mark my words.

Almost Five Christmas Songs…
Okay, this is going to be so hard, given that I hate most Christmas songs. Also, a “brief” run-on sentence regarding the current Christmas number one/two: this is a very very poor taste cash-in scheme by Sony, who own the … Continue reading

NaNoWriMo is Over…
… and I missed the mark by 38,000 words. Excellent. A series of things contributed to my failure this year, perhaps indicating that the attempt to reconcile the mythology of The Greater Temple of the Future into a narrative text … Continue reading

Five 80s Pop Songs I Actually Like
In case you haven’t realised, I’m not a huge fan of music that occurred during the 80s. There are obvious exceptions (Talking Heads, Swans), but generally speaking, it’s my least favourite decade in terms of output and mainstream production style. … Continue reading

All Work and No Play Makes Jack the Ripper a Dull Boy
So, there I was, ripping the new Steven Wilson album Insurgentes in all it’s 2 disc super deluxe size-of-a-house glory, and then I listened back to my rip in Winamp, my player of choice. At this point I thought to … Continue reading
